About the Seminar
When tax developments impact a business, the ripples are often felt far beyond the tax function.
Whether it’s a dispute, a new revenue measure with significant tax and compliance implications
or an ATO risk hypothesis that creates unexpected exposure, effective stakeholder engagement is
critical and is often up to the tax function to lead. Internal engagement may be needed across
borders and business functions including reporting, reserves, audit, investor relations, access
to business lines information, data protection and more. Although the ATO may be the main
external stakeholder, others including customers, suppliers, other revenue authorities, and other
regulators may react to perceived vulnerabilities. Join leading Heads of Tax from different
industries as they share practical insights on navigating the risks and shaping the narrative.
