About the Seminar
Paul Suppree will present insights from the Australian national report on corporate residency that was prepared for the IFA Lisbon Congress Cahiers (2025). The panel will discuss the law relating to corporate residency in Australia, issues and challenges including the implications of the failure to proceed with legislative reform about this concept. Panellists will explore the implications for large corporate groups and for the mid-market, private groups and high wealth implications.
