Chloe Burnett SC is a member of the NSW Bar specialising in tax law. She has appeared and advised in a number of transfer pricing and international tax cases. Chloe is an active member of IFA, she currently chairs the Recent Developments panel at the annual IFA Congresses and is the vice president of the Australia Branch.
Speaker: Michael Jenkins
Michael Jenkins is an EY transfer pricing partner with more than 20 years’ experience in transfer pricing. Immediately prior to joining EY in late 2018, Michael held a number of senior positions within the ATO, including Head of the Economist Practice. He attended the OECD’s Working Party 6 on transfer pricing matters (2010-18).
Speaker: Dr Niv Tadmore
Dr Niv Tadmore is a tax partner at Jones Day, with a focus on corporate and international tax and extensive experience in the resolution of transfer pricing disputes. He is a global vice president of IFA and president of the Australia Branch.
